Four Roll Linear Axis Numerically Controlled – (Model No. 4R----LANC)

The machine is most economical model among all plate bending machine and is most useful for small fabrication shop.

Advantages :
  • The machine can be operated remotely from all around.
  • Since this being a four roll machine the un-bend flat is minimum and smallest possible diameter is much tighter compared to 3 roll machine.( In many cases it can be as small as 1.1 times top roll).
  • Since all rolls are mounted in roller bearings the electrical consumption is less by 50% compared to conventional pyramid type machine.
  • Open type rolling requiring mass production qty.
  • This machine can be used where different operations like pre bending, rolling, material straightening, Conical rolling, section rolling need to be carried out in single machine.
  • Most advanced hydraulic circuit using latest technology electro hydraulics to achieve great roll parallel of within 0.2 mm.

Special Features

The machine frame is fabricated from all tested steel plate material. A Die Penetration test is carried out on all weld joints to ensure sound weld quality This frame is subjected to stress relieving, sand blasting and epoxy primer painted for corrosion free long lasting machine life.( Primer paint 160 DFT) The complete body frame is machined in CNC machine to achieve built

A tilt able control desk is conveniently located on machine. The main panel start / stop buttons and roll rotation fucntion (Reverse / forward) is provided on the same. The Top roll left side position and right side position are indicated separately by four digital meters

A specially designed & built mechanism allows drop end frame to tilt down in horizontal position without much efforts (one person can perform job). No need to dismantle frame from main body like in conventional machine. The top roll can be tilted to great degree of inclination making it most convenient and ease to remove rolled shells without any difficulty

All our machine rolls are mounted in heavy duty roller bearings. Each roller is fitted with two bearing per side (four bearing per roller)

A dual cone bending device can be provided as shown. The attachment provided between bottom rolls is suitable for narrow cone diameter. The attachment to be fitted on a main frame is suitable for cone having wide angle.

An extended rolls can be provided for mounting dies to roll different sections like angle, channel, beam, pipe or flat etc.

Tilt able top roll makes it more convenient to remove rolled shell with ease



Standard Featues
  • Both the top and bottom rolls are positively driven by inline mounted planetary gear box and hydraulic motor.
  • All rolls are manufactured in alloy steel material.
  • Separate digital roll position meter for each side of roll makes it easy to maintain parallelism between top and bottom roll.
  • Possible to place side roll in inclined position for conical rolling.

  • A special alloy steel material for Hardened rolls. Hardness up to 52-60 RC.
  • All 3 rolls (top and side rolls) / all 4 rolls (top, bottom and side rolls) are positively driven.
